BBI FOC Master Planned Commercial Development to Accommodate Wholesome Restaurant Group

Wholesome Restaurant Group, under the leadership of Michael Collins (the restaurateur behind several downtown area eateries under the locally based Eighty Six’d Restaurant Group), is set to be secured within the prominent Generation Park—a 52-acre mixed-used district in North East Harris County. Generation Park’s development, completed in early 2015, included West Lake, West Lake Houston Parkway, Subsea Lane (designed by Landev Engineers, BBI’s Land Development subsidiary), and North Lake Houston Parkway and Lockwood Road (designed by BBI’s transportation group in Houston). As outlined in the general design development phase of the project, West Lake has served as a regional detention facility for the community for over three years and will continue to do so as more tenants begin to generate more stormwater runoff from their sites.
