BBI’s senior key leaders spent two very busy days meeting with all of the company’s business units at the 2019 Strategic Planning Sessions, which took place January 23-24 in the BBI Houston Training Room. Central to the planning sessions were three proposed corporate initiatives for 2019: 1) Daily time sheet updates, 2) Standardization of work flow processes across all business units, and 3) A predetermined quarterly and annual percentage growth in revenue. Attendees discussed how they could help the BBI Family of Companies to meet these three initiatives, and also presented their own individual initiatives and business plans for 2019. The group’s overarching goal is to meet these three initiatives in order to follow through with a 3-year business plan for the company.
