BBI’s Mindy Gray of the Marketing department recently took part in the A/E/C Proposals Bootcamp, held November 15-16 at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco, California. The bootcamp, led by PSMJ Resources, Inc., offered attendees a chance to pick apart actual proposals to uncover the secrets of creating a winning one. Course material included such topics as articulating differentiation and positioning strategies, choosing the right opportunities, and leveraging new technologies. The bootcamp sessions were developed specifically for all levels of marketing and business development staff, including those at manager and director levels. Equipped with new tools and lessons learned from the A/E/C Proposals Bootcamp, participants will have the ability to create more strategic proposals, leaving less to chance and increasing their overall odds of winning future pursuits.
