Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (BBI) is pleased to announce the addition of Norbert Gonzales as Sr. Project Manager of our Power Services group in Houston, Texas.
Norbert joins BBI with 45 years of experience in the electric utility industry for both overhead and underground design. He has been a supervisor, leader, mentor, and trainer and his expertise includes three-phase underground distribution design, overhead distribution design, electrical conduit civil design, underground and overhead storm restoration, medium voltage cable design, project management, construction management, project budgeting, scheduling, and contractor evaluations for design and construction.
