Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (BBI) is pleased to announce the addition of Sargon Youhannazad, PE to the newly created position of Vice President – Strategic Transportation Development.
Sargon will be focused on the growth of the statewide transportation practice including highways and toll roads for TxDOT and other transportation agencies, as well as other TxDOT style/funded major county/city roadways around the state. His reach includes all statewide regions for the company and encompasses schematic design and PS&E for roads and bridges, utility coordination, and CEI services. He will be responsible for client development and pursuit strategy, strategic teaming, as well as project implementation, client retention, and maintenance.
