Bee Creek Trunkline Sewer
College Station, Texas
The Bee Creek Trunkline Sewer project for the City of College Station was a capital project to install a new 5+ miles of sewer trunkline, in the Bee Creek corridor through central College Station. Beginning with pipes up to 54” in diameter at the wastewater treatment plant, the line will parallel and in some section replace existing, smaller sewer trunklines. The prime contractor on the design phase of this multi-year project was Kimley-Horn and Joe Orr, Inc. provided all surveying services, including aerial photogrammetry control, topographic and easement surveys. The photogrammetry data was merged with topographic data collected on the ground to create a seamless digital terrain model for planning and design of the new sewer.
